INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: Our investment properties come with a long term lease in place, with a guarantee of 7% return Per Annum for a minimum of 5 years.

During the Lease Term with us, the tenant can up-size to another Raunik Developments property if required, and have the current Lease terminated. This way your property can grow to suit your business growth.

We do not charge any Lease contract set up fee's.

Our existing buildings can be modified to suit your requirements or we can purposely build to suit.

All our buildings are built to high standards and quality. You will not be disappointed with the workmanship or pricing. An inspection a must.
